Max Series

MaxSeries

The MAX Series is the premier line of GPD Global dispense systems. These dispense systems can process a wide variety of dispense applications such as MicroVolume Solder Paste and Conductive Adhesive, Underfill, Dam and Fill, LED encapsulation, Masks, amoung others. At the heart of all MAX Series systems is a solid uni body with molded frame. It yields outstanding stability and unparalleled accuracy. Other standard features includes, automatic vision, Fully Automatic XYZ Backlit Calibration Station, Contact Surface Sensing, Needle Cleaning, and valve mount blocker.

Depending on the model, the maximum possible working area is 358 x 305 mm. Available in standalone or in-line versions, the Max series model can have one or two valves. Any combination of GPD valves can be chosen.

A very popular option is the Process Visualization Chamber, which allows to follow the dispensing tip for simple monitoring as well as Setup. Video can also be captured for future use. This model does not allow heating.

MaxSeries II

This model is the heated version of the Max Series with possibility of having pre or post heating. These GPD dispensing equipment are capable of performing a wide variety of dispensing applications, such as, Micro Volume, Solder Paste and Adhesives, Underfill, Dam and Fill, Encapsulation, Lens Fixing Masks, to name a few.

A very popular option in the Max II Series is the process calibration system that allows to tune to materials that change viscosity over time or when heated.

Microcell

This equipment can be configured inline or as standalone. To align complex substrates, the MicroCell uses ClearVu™ Vision which allows an programmable zoom and focus camera designed to let the operator view micro alignment points on a variety of surfaces and at multiple levels to confirm whether or not the dots are within the specification, in case a dispensed dot is out of spec the system will flag it, in order to call the operator attention.

On the MicroCell, how-ever, an optional process view camera is able to display the dispense process as it is being done at the dispense tip. Live video from the operating valve is displayed on a process view monitor where the operator can easily view the process. These features, coupled with the host of standard MAX Series features make the MicroCell the key to your precision processing needs.
